Whether you are implementing or developing your management systems, just trying to improve your company performance, or raising awareness of Health, Safety or Environmental issues, then engaging and involving your workforce can make a real difference.
We can provide training courses that are available as “Off the Shelf” or as “Tailor-Made in House” programmes which can focus on specific issues that your company has. Such courses often have more impact as they are delivered by external professional consultants, and use case studies, practical exercises together with any associated company policy, procedures, systems etc.
All of our training is backed up with years of experience in training, meaning that you can trust in the advice and be confident in our knowledge.
The full value of the training course can often be enhanced with follow up support and coaching.

Training Course Example
Trying to keep up with your audit schedule and providing auditors who are both independent and impartial are some of the most common areas where companies can receive a non-conformance from third-party auditors.
Common auditing problems include:
- Auditors not being independent from the area they are assessing.
- Auditors having insufficient understanding of the standards they are auditing against.
- Not having enough auditors
- Audits falling behind or being undertaken incorrectly.
- Incorrect non-conformances classification or not being ‘closed out’
We can help by training your own staff to carry out audits of your own system. This would normally take place at your site over two to three days, depending on the standards to be audited.
A typical course for integrated auditing would cover:
Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 |
---|---|---|
Introduction | ISO9001 | Good audit principles |
Setting the scene | Customer expectations | Practical auditing |
Overview of the standards | ISO14001 and environmental legislation | – How to audit |
Common clauses | – What to report | |
ISO45001 and H&S legislation |
The course equips the attendees with the knowledge and confidence to audit your own site as a member of your internal audit team. The course is full of practical exercises and can be based around your own documentation and site issues. Get in touch to find out more.
